Kristin Fisher joined CNN on July 20, 2021. She is CNN's Space and Defense Correspondent. During that time, she also covered impeachment trials for the president as well as the 2020 presidential campaign, as well as two administration's attempts to control the spread of coronavirus. Kristin traveled frequently, and both with the president and vice president. She was even on a top-secret trip to Afghanistan together with Donald Trump.
